Dates to Remember:

 

June 16, 2025:   Submission deadline for all Market Animal exhibit entries

July 14, 2025:   Submission deadline for all Homes Arts, Fine Arts, and non-market Livestock exhibit entries

August 1 & 2, 2025:  Quilts for Division 240 intake dates from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in Belotti Hall

August 1 & 2, 2025:   Fine Arts Exhibits intake date from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Fine Arts Building

August 8 & 9, 2025:   Home Arts Exhibits intake date from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Fine Arts Building

August 4, 2025:   Submission deadline for all Floriculture and Horticulture exhibit entries

August 14, 2025:   Floriculture and Horticulture intake date for Potted Plants Division INSERT and Scarecrows Division INSERT

August 19, 2025: Youth Livestock Weigh-In Day

August 19, 2025: 6:00 pm BBQ Dinner with Dessert Auction at Friendship Square for Livestock Exhibitors and their families

 

Intake dates vary by department so please review your division's page in the Exhibitor Guidebook for further information regarding when and what is expected of our Exhibitors.

All Exhibitors are expected to follow all rules and guidelines for their respective department and division. Questions regarding entry submission should be submitted before the deadlines listed above for your exhibits in order to ensure your entry is processed correctly.  Questions can be submitted by email to entries@humboldtcountyfair.org, in person at the Fair Business Office during business hours, by phone at 707-786-9511, or via email at frontdesk@humboldtcountyfair.org.   • 2025 State Rules for California Fairs (SRCF)
    Issued by the California Department of Food & Agriculture, Fairs & Expositions Branch, the SRCF serves as the foundation for all fair regulations and takes precedence over any Humboldt County Fair local rules. While some SRCF rules may not be restated in the local rules, they remain fully in effect and must be followed for all entries. Please review the SRCF to ensure your entries comply with all applicable requirements.
