Volunteer Days
For 2025 our volunteer days will be June 28, 2025 and August 2, 2025.

All members of the community are welcome to assist in sprucing up the Fairgrounds! On August 2nd we will be focusing on:

Prepping for the Livestock Barns
-
Pressure Washing the Sheep barn (interior & exterior)
-
Pressure Washing Fences
-
Midway Clean-up
-
Gardening and Weeding
-
Picnic Table and Bench Repairs/Painting
Please bring your equipment with you like welders, drills, pressure washers and weed eaters. We will ensure you have gas, oil, weed eater string, gloves, etc.

Lunch is included and provided by the Lions Club

When you arrive:

Please sign in with the Fair Business Office staff at the table visible on the Midway.

When you are headed out after lunch, visit with the same table before you leave. Every volunteer that has signed in will have a free fair admission ticket available for them by 2:00 pm.
​
For further questions, you can call the Fair Business Office Wednesday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. There is also an event page set up for this day on Facebook that you can check in on and see if your questions have already been addressed!
